To start the SEJAM verification, first log in to the user account, then click on the user account section:

After entering the code, identity information including name, surname, mobile number, and date of birth, as well as bank information such as account type, account number, Sheba number will be displayed. After checking its accuracy, confirm it and if there is a discrepancy, select the “This information is not correct” option:
In the end, by completing and confirming the information, a successful activation confirmation message will be displayed to you.
